Lauren Latta’s nail studio fits her calm demeanor- sage green walls, floral wall art, and fairy lights fill the space. Crayon boxes lay against a wall for Latta’’s clients who bring their children, a chance for them to play during the hours-long sessions. The independent nail tech wants her studio to be a place she feels comfortable in.
“I love being home, I hate going places,” Latta said. “I literally go to work and come here. I don’t think I’d want to be in a salon.”
