The second day of Creek Week, which was hosted at the Boone County Nature School on Tuesday, was an opportunity for kids to learn about fishing and clean water. The Greater Bonne Femme Watershed Initiative began Creek Week to raise awareness about local streams that surround the greater Columbia area. The event’s organizers worked in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Conservation to teach families about fishing.
